Looking to spare

I'm looking to join a rec league as a spare. I haven't played in 7 years (since moving from Calgary). I have been recovering from herniated discs in my back so I'm looking to start slow and see how it handles it. I played defence in a competitive hockey. Skating since I was 4. Thanks for any help pointing me in the right direction.

Was one of the old regulars when the league started.Had lots of fun playing and met lots of good friends.Enjoyed the web page and think I might go down to Q plex to watch a few games.Have a good season.
